ReplyDeleteI really admire how many people use tablets so perfectly, because I always felt really strange drawing with one! It's so different from actual traditional media.

... oh Adrian, I prefer traditional media more sometimes. but this is of course personal preference.
ReplyDeleteI can't really say what I like best, but a mixture of both would probably be my preference. Traditional media provides really nice textures which could be very difficult to replicate in digital.
ReplyDeleteAs for feeling strange with the tablet.. I don't think it's that much different from traditional besides the texture of course, you just need to get used to it.. spend a couple of hours a day experimenting with it and you'll soon be able to control it like you would traditional mark making tools.
